Prohibited Goods

Overview

Prosperon will not open a managed trade — and will not verify a supplier, issue a quotation, coordinate freight, or settle any supplier — for any of the following. This list is not exhaustive and is applied conservatively.

Absolute prohibitions

• Weapons, ammunition, explosives, and their components.
• Illegal drugs and precursor chemicals subject to international control.
• Human remains, human trafficking, and any goods derived from exploitation.
• Wildlife and wildlife products subject to CITES restrictions.
• Nuclear, chemical or biological weapons or dual-use goods where end-use cannot be verified.
• Goods stolen, counterfeit or misrepresented as to origin.
• Currencies, bearer instruments, precious metals or gemstones bought as a standalone remittance surrogate.
• Any goods intended to evade sanctions, embargoes or export-control regimes applicable to any party in the trade.

Restricted categories (case-by-case)

Some categories are permitted only on evidence of licences, end-user certificates, or additional risk controls: pharmaceuticals, medical devices, chemicals, dual-use technology, alcohol, tobacco, mining outputs, agricultural inputs, live animals, and used electronics.

Withdrawal from a trade

If prohibited-goods concerns emerge during a trade, Prosperon may pause or withdraw from the trade and, where appropriate, notify the relevant authorities in line with the laws of the jurisdictions involved.
